We offer free Ground Shipping on orders $100+ within the US (3-5 business days). Orders below $100 will have a $9 Shipping cost.
The customer will need to pay any duty or international taxes.
There is a $9 Shipping cost for all returns using our prepaid label. Please visit our Returns section for more information.
We can accommodate faster shipping; the rate is determined based on zip code.

Cancel an Order
If you would like to cancel an order you have not yet received, please contact customer support here within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Any order that has been shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns that are in new condition, unworn, and with tags still on within 28 days of the date you ordered for a refund. Items received after 28 days will only be eligible for store credit. Any items after 45 days of receipt will no longer be valid for return, exchange or store credit.
In order to better serve you and ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner, we require the use of our return label and a fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund or credit.
To return or exchange your item(s), you must submit a Return Authorization Request form, accessible here. Within 24 hours of receiving your return request form, we will issue you a pre-paid shipping return label for your item(s).
If you purchased your bella tu item from a boutique, please contact them directly to arrange a return.

Upon receipt of returned goods, bella tu reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these return policy requirements. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your Return. We will email you upon receipt of your returned merchandise and notify you of the status.
