Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and are electronically delivered the same day. They can be redeemed exclusively on bella-tu.com (redeemable online only).

bella tu gift cards expire 1 year after the date of issue. This card cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. This card cannot be applied to previous purchases. Treat this card as cash as it is nonrefundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

We offer free Ground Shipping on US orders $100+ (3-5 business days). Orders below $100 will have a $12 Shipping cost.

The international shipping cost is $35 for most countries, and calculated at checkout for Australia and the Cook Islands. The customer will need to pay any duty or international taxes.

There is a $15 Shipping cost for all returns using our prepaid label. Please visit our Returns section for more information.

We can accommodate faster shipping; the rate is determined based on zip code. Please email info@bella-tu.com with any shipping requests or questions.

If you would like to cancel an order you have not yet received, please contact customer support at info@bella-tu.com within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Any order that has been shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns that are in new condition, unworn, and with tags still on within 28 days of the date you ordered for a refund. Items received after 28 days will only be eligible for store credit. Any items after 45 days of receipt will no longer be valid for return, exchange, or store credit.

In order to better serve you and ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner, we require the use of our return label and a fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund or credit.

If you purchased your bella tu item from a boutique, please contact them directly to arrange a return.

Upon receipt of returned goods, bella tu reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these return policy requirements. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. We will email you upon receipt of your returned merchandise and notify you of the status.
